ScaleSage provides IT outsourcing services including application development, customer support, cloud migration, and related technology services.

You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ScaleSage and its licensors.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance or other reasons.

In no event shall ScaleSage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ScaleSage from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made against us by any third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
